We cater to your preferences regarding the training environment; training sessions can take place within the privacy of your home, at your business, or in our new, private Studio.

Equipment used in training include:
TRX Suspension, Dumbbells, Barbell, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, and Stability Balls and much more. This training will improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength.
Boxing Mitt Drills are an excellent, fun form of conditioning. They will also serve to build the client's mental stamina as a variety of punch combinations are incorporated during training sessions.

We provide all of the equipment needed for in home training:
Dumbbells, Stability Balls, Medicine Balls, Benches, Exercise Mats, Resistance Bands, TRX Straps, Jump Ropes, Battling Ropes Boxing Gloves (if desired) for Cardio Boxing Mitt Drills.
If you have a home gym, we are more than willing to utilize your equipment in accordance with your fitness goals and current level of fitness.
Note: At FFF LLC., we understand the important of promoting an environment of infection control in all fitness settings. For this reason, training equipment is manually disinfected immediately after each use.

Boot Camps:
Herman has designed each Boot Camp Session to train a variety of muscle groups. Boot Camp Sessions will be modified to match the current level of fitness of each individual client as needed.
Cardio Boxing Mitt Drills:
Want to learn how to box without getting hit? Enroll in a Cardio Boxing Mitt Drill Class. Mitt Drills are a great way to build endurance, self-confidence, and self-defense. As previously mentioned, these classes also promote the development of good mental stamina as a variety of punch combinations are incorporated.
Group Training Sessions:
Want to have a great workout with family, friends, or co-workers? Get everyone together and sign up for a group training session! Group training sessions are designed to accommodate up to 12 people.

Red Flags for Low Self-Confidence:
When a child is being picked on or bullied, they don't always think about reaching out to their parent or guardian because it can make them feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. If you, as the parent or guardian, have noticed that their grades have declined or they have lost interest in school, consider signing them up for a Cardio Boxing Mitt Drill Session.
